Online Registration
Please review the information below in order to become familiar with the online registration process.  The online registration system can be used for most recreation programs; however, there are a limited number of exceptions.  You are able to view detailed information on current programs, register for classes, and receive e-mail confirmation of your registration.  You are also able to check availability of space before you register.  Please note, Visa, Mastercard or Discover are the only forms of payment accepted online.  If you would like to pay by cash or check, please register in person at the Parks, Recreation & Forestry office.

Enter Online Registration

If you choose to register for programs utilizing the online registration process, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print your receipt.  All receipts are in PDF format.  Your browser must allow pop-ups to view receipts correctly.  This site requires a Javascript enabled browser and is tested on Firefox and Internet Explorer.  If you have a Macintosh computer, download Mozilla Firefox to your computer.  Once it is active, do the following steps to enable on-line registration.

1.  Enter Firefox.  On the Firefox Start Page, a Google Search Box will appear.

2.  In the Google Search Box, type in our web address: www.ci.brookfield.wi.us and proceed to the online registration page.

3.  Enter online registration using your user name and password.

4.  Register for classes.

Online Registration Eligibility

Online registration is available for City of Brookfield Residents (must live within the City of Brookfield boundaries) and Elmbrook School District Residents (live outside the City of Brookfield but within the Elmbrook School District boundaries) only.

Non Residents (those residing outside the City of Brookfield or Elmbrook School District) are not eligible for online registration but are eligible for recreation programs.  Non residents must register in person at the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department office one week prior to the start of the program.  Registration for non residents will be accepted on a space available basis only.

Process To Activate Your Family For Online Registration

Each family must complete a downloadable Household Information Form or the Online Household Information Form. Once the information is received by our office and your City of Brookfield or Elmbrook School District residency is verified, you will be assigned a login name and password.  Your login name and password will be emailed to you within 72 business hours of your submission.

You can complete the Household Information Form in one of the following ways:

  1. Complete the Online Household Information Form.

  1. Download and complete the Household Information Form and mail to the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department.

  1. Download and complete the Household Information Form and fax the form to the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department (fax) 262-796-6671.  Please put our department name on the fax because the fax goes to the clerk’s office in City Hall.  This will ensure that we receive the form and allow us to process effectively.

Once you receive your login name and password, you may enter the online registration site and register for recreation programs at the designated time listed in the Parks and Recreation Activity Guide. If you have questions, please contact us at 262-796-6675, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
